Next Meeting May 10, 2008

Location: Cherokee EOC

Field Day Site

This year the Cherokee Amateur Radio Society in joint activity with the Cherokee Amateur Radio Emergency Service/Skywarn group will be operating Field Day at the Cherokee EOC as a Class F station.
Lots of room, parking along with public exposure to the ball park across the street.

The May 10th meeting will consist of short business then turn to plotting the layout of stations at the EOC. One station is planned inside where folks can escape the June heat and operate in the comfort of the Air Conditioned weather room where the current Ham Station is set up.
Access to kitchen and restroom facilities will be a plus!

PLEASE attend the May meeting and get in on the initial plans so all know what to do and can prepare for Field Day.

The EOC is located at 150 Chattin Drive in Canton off Univeter Rd.
Meeting time will be 10 AM, generally followed by a trip to a local restaurant for fun and fellowship.

See you there!
